Delivery is charged at standard pallet network or courier rates. Delivery drivers are instructed and insured to deliver the product kerbside only. However they may help with any further requests (for example, help to carry to the garden or garage), but this is at the drivers sole discretion.
Due to the weight and size of our products, it is advised to have at least two people available to receive a delivery.
All products should be checked and accounted for before accepting and signing for a delivery. Builddeck is not responsible for any damage or missing items once the products have been accepted by the customer.

Builddeck ’s composite products will fade due to sun bleaching over time. As our composite wood is a man made, partially recycled product, colour variations and discolouration tolerance are to be expected. Our warranty does not cover colour fade, discolouration tolerance or water marks and stains on our products.
On deliveries, colour variations commonly occur in different batches. Please take this into account when placing your order.
