At room temperature or cold water, the products can be cooled and shaped. RAW MATERIALS

1- 60% WOOD FIBER

CUSTOMIZATION

KR has 10 regular colors for you to choose, if these 10 colors are too common, you can tell KR’s sales manager the Pantone color number of the color you want, and our engineers will customize your exclusive color according to your requirements.

2. LENGTH

The length of wood plastic composite products can be cut at will, when you tell KR sales your length requirement, we will do it before packing the goods according to your length requirement, when you receive the goods, you can use it directly. If you purchase a container of goods, our recommended lengths are 2m, 2.2m, 2.4m and 3.6m and 5.8m.

1. What is the MOQ for each series of KR products?

The MOQ for WPC flooring is 200 square meters, the MOQ for WPC fence is 100 meters, the MOQ for WPC wall panel is 200 square meters, and the MOQ for WPC DIY tile is 2200 pieces.

2. What is the lead time for KR orders?

KR can produce up to 180 tons of material per day, usually orders of 20GP can be completed in 20 days and orders of 40GP can be completed in 28 days. If you need early or late delivery, please contact KR’s sales manager.

3. What kind of documents will KR provide?

A complete set of documents will be provided. Product pictures, installation manuals, relevant certificates, in addition, inspection reports will be provided prior to shipment, loading photos and customs clearance information will be provided after shipment.

4. Do KR's products come with a warranty?

KR offers a 25-year warranty on solid products and a 15-year warranty on hollow products. All warranties are based on the actual use of the product in accordance with KR’s performance statement and reasonable installation within the minimum installation rules.

5. Can KR put my logo label on the board?

Yes, please feel free to provide KR’s sales manager with the label information you would like to display and we can place a custom label on the board or package.

6. Why does the wood plastic decking I bought elsewhere have cracks on the surface after a short time of use?

This is because the manufacturer did not control the hygiene of the production line when producing the product, and there are granular impurities mixed in the mold, resulting in the product not being extruded under uniform pressure, and then the raw material cannot be fused under reasonable pressure.

7. When a piece of decking is damaged, is it necessary to re-install the whole area of decking?

No, just take out the clips on both sides of the damaged board to remove the damaged flooring and replace your stock decking. If you are out of stock, please contact KR’s sales manager to ship to you.

8. Will the color of WPC products fade when they are exposed to sunlight outdoors?

The color of WPC products will slightly darken after about 3 months of use, not because of color loss, but because of the oxidation of WPC pigments with oxygen. After three months, the color of the product will not change again because KR has added color fixing agent to the raw material to ensure the service life of WPC products for 20 years.

9. How do I calculate the demand of WPC privacy fence?

If you are a private user, you only need to measure the total length of your yard, usually our fence size is 1.8m width, then you can get the total number of sets of WPC fence you need. If you are a wholesaler, a 20GP container can usually hold 240 sets of WPC privacy fence. (Fence size can be customized).

10. What temperature can WPC products be used in?

WPC products combine the characteristics of wood and plastic and are recommended to be used in an environment with a minimum temperature of -40 degrees Celsius and a maximum temperature of 60 degrees Celsius. WPC products can be used in any environment within this temperature range.
